Ready to Start Turning Things Around For Your Young Child Now?
Ready to Start Turning Things Around For Your Toddler Now?
You may be thinking...
he doesn’t seem to be talking as much as his older sister...
or even as much as his younger cousin...
and his tantrums have me panicked...
Your young child may be...
on a waitlist for a developmental pediatrician visit...
already receiving early intervention treatment...
or already diagnosed with autism.
I know from both my personal and professional experience that worrying about delays or signs of autism in your toddler can be a very lonely, scary place.

I’m Dr. Mary Barbara and I “fell” into the autism world in 1999 when my first-born son, Lucas, was diagnosed with autism one day before his third birthday.

In the past 2 decades, I became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), wrote a best-selling book, The Verbal Behavior Approach, which is now avail- able in several languages, earned a PhD, and created online programs for professionals and parents.

Over the years I’ve learned both through research and experience how important it is for every child with any signs of autism to be treated as early as possible for the best outcome. These are the kids that desperately need our help as soon as possible and yet are often the ones waiting the longest without any support.

My new mission is to prevent and reverse the earliest warning signs of autism and turn things around for 2 million children with autism by 2020 through online training and advocacy. I hope you'll join me for this free online workshop!
“Don't worry about it. Your brother was a late talker.” “Sue’s son keeps to himself and is totally fine.” Or better yet, “they’ll grow out of it. You're too sensitive about his development.”

But the reality is that many young children have delays and differences — more so than you might think as 1 in every 6 children between the ages of 3 and 17 are diagnosed with some kind of developmental disability.

I want to provide you all the tools to start tackling the language delays, problem behaviors, or other issues that have you concerned about your toddler -- especially if you’re waiting to see a specialist and aren’t sure where to turn.

You are your child’s most important advocate and how you can make a huge impact in your child’s life by addressing any delays or signs of autism now. And better yet, even if your child ends up not getting a diagnosis, these tools will help you be a better parent!
So as time passes and you see more and more things that concern you, you decide it’s time to take action. Only to find there’s a huge waitlist for speech therapy or to see a developmental pediatrician...which means you wait and wait, and wait...all the while worrying and wondering what to do.

As tempting as it can be to wait until your child gets a diagnosis or for the professionals to tell you what to do, you can take action to start turning things around for your child in less time than you think!
I know that not every family can find an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to come work with them in their home, especially before a diagnosis. But that’s why I’m on a mission to help turn things around for these kids. Because every day that goes by is a missed chance to help your child get a little better and not fall further behind!

This course is specifically designed for parents, grandparents, nannies, early intervention providers, Behavior Analysts, Speech Therapists, OTs and any other parent or professional who wants to learn easy-to-implement techniques to increase talking and decrease tantrums in any young child, with or without a diagnosis.
While no one has a crystal ball and I can’t guarantee that every child that uses my techniques will recover, go to college and do all the things that we’d love our children to be able to accomplish, I can tell you that the strategies I teach in this course are what I would teach my best friend or sister if her child or grandchild was showing signs of autism.

But I believe that time is of the essence and it is critical to act now. Every day that goes by is a missed chance to help your child get a little better and not fall further behind so there’s no time to delay if you want to start turning things around for your toddler. And, I also want you to know that I have helped families prevent autism and turn things around for their toddlers, some who never needed an autism diagnosis and others who’ve gotten the diagnosis but are doing great in school with little to no support.

Because that’s what it’s really all about:
  •  Knowing how to assess your child’s strengths and needs and make a plan on your own
  •  Helping your child learn to communicate better
  •  Reducing problem behaviors and tantrums
  •  Solving picky eating and sleeping problems
  •  Learning easy action steps you can take immediately so you don’t have to keep waiting and worrying
I’d love to help you have a story like Sherry did after taking my Early Learner’s course:
This course will provide you the tools to start tackling the language delays, problem behaviors, or other issues that have you concerned about your toddler -- and in a user-friendly way that doesn’t require a specialized degree or tons of expensive equipment.

As one alumni parent put it:
"When my son Matthew was 14 months old, the 10 words he had were suddenly lost and I was very concerned about a possible diagnosis of autism. I contacted Mary and took her course for professionals and “gung-ho” parents and began doing some of the activities and homework assignments. Mary’s strategies were so easy (and fun!) to implement with my son, and were very quickly effective in increasing his language. I’m happy to report that he is now 3 and talking like a 5 year old! I’ll be forever grateful to Mary for her advice. Definitely do this course if you’re worried about your toddler’s language. You won’t be disappointed."

~Sherry, Parent Alumni of Early Learner Course
"I tell parents all the time “Your best defense against autism is education. You’ve got to educate yourself.” Parents are always there. Therapists come and go, but parents are parents for life. I think it’s vital that parents start working early and educate themselves. That’s why I love the stuff Mary does because it’s very parent-friendly and it helps them figure out where to begin."

~Dana Garner, PhD, BCBA-D
You can do this on your own and make a real impact in your child’s life and ability to reach his fullest potential.
“I think it’s really easy to implement these techniques in just 20 minutes a day at a table and then throughout the rest of your day in your daily routine. I'm teaching my son 24 hours a day. Even if I had the best therapist in the world, I can't afford for them to be here 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

At some point, therapy is never going to end even if you have a full team. The parents need to be on the front lines of that. If you don't have a therapy team, it’s really not that big of a deal. There are so many resources from your course, the books. The parents can really take this on themselves. They really should regardless of how many therapists are involved."

~Kelsey, mom to two young sons, one diagnosed with autism and one showing early signs of autism

"Without Mary’s help, when my son, Max was 2 years old, I’m almost positive he would have been diagnosed with autism and we would have had a very different life. Instead, Max is 8 and doing great!"

~Jana, mom to 2 typically developing children
